When purchasing Fi7ness by Jessica Wright you will receive:

PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS
All prices visible on the Fi7ness by Jessica Wright Website are in pounds sterling and include VAT.
The cost of purchasing Fi7ness by Jessica Wright is £49.95. When you reach checkout you will have two payment options:
Option 1) Full payment - £49.95
When making full prepayment, the cost of the product will be deducted from your account within 5-7 working days from date of purchase.
Option 2) Instalments: make an initial payment of £24.98 followed by a second final payment of £24.98 which will be taken from your account 4 weeks after your first payment.
The Site is only intended for use by people resident in the United Kingdom and Irish republic ("Serviced Countries"). We do not currently accept orders from individuals outside those countries. Some restrictions may be placed on the extent to which we accept orders from specific countries.
RETURNS AND GUARANTEE POLICY
Fi7ness products include a money back guarantee. If a customer is not 100% satisfied with the product then it can be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. To receive a full refund the item must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. If returning this product, all kit components must be included.
Return postage fees are the sole responsibility of the sender. If a package is lost in transit, a refund will only be authorised if the return shipment can be verified by means of a carrier receipt and or tracking number showing a valid Fi7ness return address as the destination. Once the items are received, the refund is will be processed within 7 business working days. Please note money will only be refunded to the account that made the initial payment.

HEALTH AND SAFETY GUIDELINES
If possible, use the ball on a smooth, flat surface and if you feel unstable at first, place the ball against a wall until you become more confident in using it.
When standing on the band, with one foot or both feet, ensure it is firmly fixed under the mid foot. Ensure it is not crossing the ball of your foot as it could ping up when you pull
The warm up is essential in helping to lubricate your joints and raise your core body temperature, so reducing your risk of injury. For these reasons, we strongly recommend you never skip this element of your session.
Slower is better when performing your toning exercises as this will lead to recruitment of more muscle fibres and so produce better results.
Never hold your breath, try to exhale on the exertion.
For obvious reasons, it's best not to perform your workouts directly after eating.
Always complete the cool down at the end of each workout to avoid possible dizziness due to blood pooling in your muscles.
Your muscles don’t work well if you’re dehydrated so always have water with you and sip frequently.
Should you suddenly feel any sharp pain or become nauseous during a workout, please rest immediately and only recommence if you feel sure you are ready and capable to do
You may feel soreness in your muscles in the 24-48 hours following a workout but rest assured this is a positive sign, confirming you have worked your body hard enough to produce the microscopic changes that will lead to you becoming slimmer and firmer.
